For all of those beetroot fans out there – this recipe is a must try! A great, scrumptious addition to any BBQ!
Serves enough for a small party
- Olive oil
- 1kg beetroot, peeled & chopped
- Apple cider vinegar
- 1 tbs maple syrup
- 1-2 tsp ground cumin
- 2 tbsp goats yoghurt
- Knob of butter
- Salt & pepper
- Peel and grate the beetroot into the blender and add in all
the other ingredients.
- Whizz up in a blender.
- Delicious served with carrots or alongside BBQ Mackerel.
