Beets Burger Bowl

An alternative burger that you won’t want to miss. The Beets n Roots Veggie Burger Wrap provides you with an array of essential nutrients, including an excellent source of antioxidants from the beets, as well as omega 3 from the flaxseed and guacamole. This burger wrap comes complete with a tonne of veggies, ensuring you get your daily fibre. This hearty meal will leave you feeling energised and excited for the rest of the day.

Serves: 5


  • 4x cartons of organic chickpeas
  • 200g ground flaxseed
  • 3 medium onions
  • 6 garlic cloves
  • 4 beetroots
  • 5 medium carrots
  • Olive oil
  • Salt and pepper
  • 4 tsp cumin seeds
  • 4 tsp paprika
  • Large bunch of fresh coriander
  • Wrap
  • Beef tomatoes
  • 3-4 eggs

Method for burger:

  1. Soften onions and garlic in pan with olive oil
  2. Remove and let cool
  3. Combine all the ingredients in a bowl and form patties
  4. Cook patties for 10 minutes and add to bowl
