Berry and spinach smoothie

This smoothie is quick, easy and perfect post workout. Frozen berries are a good choice during the autumn/winter months and not in season as they still retain all their goodness.

Ingredients:

Serves 1

  • 1 small banana
  • Handful of spinach (washed)
  • ½ cup of berries of your choice frozen or fresh (ie blueberries & redcurrants)
  • 1 cup of water or coconut water

 

Method:

  1. Add all to blender & blend until smooth.
