
Berry and spinach smoothie
This smoothie is quick, easy and perfect post workout. Frozen berries are a good choice during the autumn/winter months and not in season as they still retain all their goodness.
Ingredients:
Serves 1
- 1 small banana
- Handful of spinach (washed)
- ½ cup of berries of your choice frozen or fresh (ie blueberries & redcurrants)
- 1 cup of water or coconut water
Method:
- Add all to blender & blend until smooth.
