Warming for cold winter days, The cacao is full of anti-oxidants and the coconut oil will provide you with good healthy fats, essential for general good health, whilst the cinnamon is an anti-inflammatory.

Ingredients:

Serves 1

  • X2 cups of nut milk of your choice (unsweetened)
  • X2 tablespoons of raw cacao powder
  • ½ teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1 tbsp coconut oil
  • 1 tbsp honey

Nutritional note:

Method:

  1. Add milk into a pan, bring to a boil then reduce the heat to a simmer.
  2. Add the cacao powder and stir, the cinnamon & honey.
  3. Then add the coconut oil until its melted in and serve.
