Super berry breakfast pot

These berry pots are undeniably tasty, but they also pack a powerful nutritional punch. Baobab is an African superfruit which is rich in minerals like iron and calcium and contains more vitamin C than any other fruit. By blending the hemp/flaxseeds we make the most of the omega 3 fats they contain. This recipe is also a good source of fibre and protein which means that then natural sugars from the fruit will be slowly released throughout the morning. The perfect start to any day.

Ingredients:

Serves 2

  • 1 bowl of organic full fat bio yogurt
  • 1 bowl of semi defrosted frozen mixed berries
  • 2 heaped tbsp baobab powder
  • 2 heaped tbsp ground flaxseeds/hemp-seeds
  • A dash of pure Canadian maple syrup
  • 1 handful of fresh mixed berries (to serve)
  • A sprinkle of oats (to serve)

Method:

  1. Blend all ingredients together for 30 seconds.
  2. Sprinkle fresh berries and oats on top to serve
